Associate travellers

(folks making smaller parts of the journey)

Sarah Kelly & Tristen Snell

1987 Westfalia named Po"'
from Calgary, Alberta

"We love our van and love taking it places.  We haven't done a lot of traveling with it yet and thought this the perfect opportunity to go to a place we may otherwise never have seen in its entirety.  Better for us if we go in a group, and a great group it is.  Oh ya, plus Tristen likes to drive.  Plus we have no kids, no pets, no house so nothing holding us back."

Sarah & Tristen will join the group in Panama on our journey north.

Michael McGrorty

1978 Volkswagen Westfalia
from Portland, Oregon

(Michael will also join us north through Central America. He would have liked to have made the entire trip, but learned of our plans too late.)

Steve Schwenk

1990 Syncro Westy 'Zeno'
from San Francisco, CA

Steve will join the group in Panama on our journey north.

Don & Susan Welch

1991 Vanagon 'Nobadays'
from Prairie City, Oregon

"We are at that age when the kids are out and we ask what's next. Travel of course. Our dreams have always been to experience new places and meet new faces, all over the world. This trip is a big step toward realizing that dream."

(Don & Susan will be making the trip counter-clockwise, and will join us in Tierra del Fuego for the holidays. They will also join us north through Central America.)
