The AlCan rally is a modern event based on the original concept of rallying as a grand tour, motoring adventure, and a gentleman's sport. A competitive event that requires experience, good judgement & equipment, consistency, reliability and rescourcefulness, something bus drivers are known for. Traverses North America's most remote roads and climate extremes (-58 F in the 1990 event), from Seattle to Prudhoe Bay, in winter! Perhaps next year with a few Syncros?
